Description
Our client seeks an energetic customer service professional who will be responsible for servicing our customers needs by providing friendly, prompt, and efficient service over the phone or online.

  • Provides friendly, prompt, and efficient service to customers in a c
    all-center environment
  • Handle all account inquires while providing the highest level of service.
  • Respond to callers regarding all products and services over the phone.
  • Communicate with management to escalate problems, recommend resolutions and improve our customer experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate clear and professional communication skills – written and verbal.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum two-years’ customer service experience required
  • Call center experience highly preferred
  • Must be a self-started, responsible, punctual and detail oriented
  • Multi-tasking skills and a team player a must.

Compensation

  • Commensurate with experience
