JOB TITLE
HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
 
POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the Talent Acquisition Manager, this position provides administrative and secretarial support for the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Departments.  
 

  • Perform filing of personnel documents into employee files/Worker's Comp files
  • Create benefit leave packets for Team Members
  • Support Talent Acquisition Team in scheduling appointments
  • Update bulletin boards
  • LMS record keeping updates
  • Pick up and distribute mail to HR Staff
  • Mail out terminated TM personal belongings to home address
  • Update New Hire and Temporary Staff packets (500) with new material
  • HCM Project: schedule meetings, reserve meeting space, coordinate food for meetings if necessary, assist in taking requests for service via email, walk-ups and phone call

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum  (1-2) years' human resources 
  • Experience working in Human Resources Department 
  • Proficient in computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks accuretly
  • Experience in Calendering and scheduling functions using Outlook

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$16.00/hr

Commensurate with Experience
Monday – Friday (days)
