Human Resources Specialist Recruitment

This position will focus on the complete employment cycle from recruiting to onboarding; from internal job postings to transfers and promotions. This position would also meet with and conduct exit meeting with employees who decide to leave the company.
The Human Resources Coordinator, in the course of performing their minimum essential duties, will have responsibilities that include:


Employment / Recruitment

  • Performs the recruitment function, including writing and posting job ads to internal portal/intranet, social media, outside job boards, League Website and other sources
  • This includes awareness of the recruitment trends and legal developments to plan for and complete initiatives to keep our recruitment function relevant and compliant
  • Ability to handle variety of projects from beginning to end
  • Demonstrate effective time management, attention to detail and accuracy


  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in HR serving 250 or more employees and approximately 15-30 open requisitions
  • Prior experience using a Applicant Tracking System required
  • Bachelor’s degree highly desired, preferably in Human Resources or related field
  • Working knowledge of MS applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
