JOB TITLE
HR Coordinator – Benefits Department
 
DESCRIPTION

  • Process new hire paperwork (I9s)
  • Process new hires, promotions, transfers, title changes, and name changes
  • Track performance reviews and enter merit increase into system
  • Enter changes to deferred compensation contribution amounts
  • Update address changes to systems and carriers
  • Process state tax withholding changes
  • Process terminations (benefits termination letter and update in systems)
  • Review and approve benefit enrollments in system, and qualifying event changes
  • Complete verifications of employment and any disability claim forms
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual open enrollment period, benefits materials, respond to questions from Team Members, and approving benefit elections.

 
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1-2 years Human Resources experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks accurately
  • Payroll experience using  ADP Workforce Now "WFN” Required

 
COMPENSATION | POSITION CLASSIFICATION

  • $16.00/hr
  • Full Time | Contract
