Job Description
Our Client brings over 25 years of experience and the necessary expertise required to navigate today's climate of governmental regulations in combination with meeting the needs for effective cost control techniques. Our clients' portfolio includes the successful completion of thousands of projects related to asbestos and lead-based abatement, mold remediation and demolition services within industries such as; commercial, healthcare, industrial, educational, aerospace, petrochemical, governmental and municipal agencies.
Sales Project Manager / Asbestos and Lead Abatement Services


  • Provides quality construction sales estimating for environmental remediation and general demolition services within the greater So. California area.
  • Proactively sources and develops and meets directly with clients in their office and/or field location(s) in order to develop and design construction/renovation plans, estimate project construction costs and schedules, generate cost proposals and documents, and provide project management oversight as warranted.
  • Exercises sound judgment and knowledge of laws and current regulations associated with hazardous remediation and the abatement of asbestos, lead, mold, as it relates to general site demolition and/or renovations within the commercial, industrial, and institutional construction business is essential.
  • Ongoing development of a customer base with general contractors, environmental consultants, and institutional clients will be key to the employee's success


  • Minimum three (3) years' commercial constructions sales experience required
  • Experience selling and estimating hazardous remediation removal services preferred
  • Requires time management, communication and organizational skills; including competent math and computer skills
  • Experience with and understanding of construction blueprints as well as a general knowledge of the construction industry
  • Current knowledge of laws and regulations associated with hazardous remediation
